Whether you’re looking to grow, relax, or just try something new, our workshops are here to support a more balanced and happy lifestyle.
Tools to start your day
Join us on Saturday mornings at 08.00 or Wednesday mornings at 06:30 to explore ways of starting your day on the front foot. We will use ‘breathwork’, ‘movement’ and ‘visualization’ to build a body that is full of vitality and health. Workshops take place in Abbotsford, JHB. Each session is R100 — come move, breathe, and feel better with us.
Reiki Get Together
Open to all Reiki practitioners who’d like to connect, share, and deepen their experience of Reiki. It’s a relaxed space to talk, learn from each other, and exchange treatments.
Sessions take place the 1st Wednesday of every month from 7:00pm – 9:00pm in Abbortsford JHB.
