Whether it is cycling, squash, rowing or trying something new, these sessions bring people together to enjoy sport in a relaxed and welcoming environment. It is about building fitness, sharing experiences and rediscovering the simple pleasure of moving your body and feeling alive.

MTBing - go2sea
The Old Mutual go2sea is a seven-day mountain bike stage ride. It is a challenging ride. Riders need to be fit and well prepared to enjoy the journey. It is a great way to experience the best of South Africa; the people, the places and the natural beauty. Offering a genuine escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the Old Mutual go2sea is a truly uplifting experience for both the rider and the communities that we pass through.

MTBing - Ride Stellies
Some of the finest mountain biking trails are found in and around Stellenbosch.
With its small European town feel, one can comfortably walk from restaurant to restaurant in the evenings and take in the splendor of the trails by day, finishing off a morning ride at one of the many wine farms the region is internationally renowned for.

Join us on Sunday mornings at Victoria Lake where you can take in the crisp winter morning air and have some fun meeting new people and learn how to row.

Climbing
Join us a City Rock in Randburg and have some fun learning how to climb. Not only is it a great physical workout, it’s also good for taking your mind off those little things that seem to be constantly nagging at you. Meet new people and have a laugh while trying something that is a little out of your comfort zone.
